Just a smalldistraction when driving can cause an accident costing thousands of dollars and months in repair!

BlackVue user Woggy64 sent us this footage captured by his BlackVue dashcam. This incident happened during a rush hour on a Friday – Woggy64 stopped at a red light and shortly after he was rear-ended!
The driver behind him did not pay attention to the road (as she was on her phone) and told the police who arrived at the scene that she was blinded by the sun. Woggy64 showed the video to the police and they put 100% blame on the other driver, citing distracted driving and driving too fast for conditions.

The damages were estimated at $15,000 and the car spent over two months in the repair shop, but thankfully the insurance company put the other party 100% at blame as well.
