Warranty Information
Please refer to your product manual for specific warranty details. As of September 1, 2024, the standard warranty periods are as follows

Important Notes
No refunds will be issued once the replacement has been received. Only subsequent RMA exchanges will be offered under warranty.
Once the replacement is shipped, the original faulty item will not be returned to the customer.
For customers returning a faulty item and wishing to cancel the RMA:
Warranty-in Claims: The customer must cover the round-trip shipping fee for returning the faulty unit.
Warranty-out Claims: A partial refund will be issued, and the customer will be responsible for all round-trip shipping fees.
