Notes about compatibility:

• Power cables: the new ELITE 10 models are compatible with past X Series dash cams’ electrical systems, all the way back to DR750X and up to DR970X Plus Series. Check the video for more in-depth details, including battery accessories compatibility.
• Coaxial video cables: the ELITE 10 (like ELITE 8 and ELITE 9) uses a 6Gbps coaxial video cable, compared to the 3Gbps cable used in past models. Although it might work, it is recommended to upgrade to the newer/faster cable for best video signal integrity.
• Mounts: the camera mounts of the ELITE models are different from the past models, therefore you should use the new mount, for both the front and rear cameras.
