How Many Cameras Do You Need?
This is usually the first question to answer. The Free and Starter plans support 1 camera, making them a good fit for individuals. The Standard plan steps up to 10 cameras, ideal for a family with multiple vehicles or a small business. Pro supports up to 99 cameras, and Enterprise scales all the way to 999. Need more than that? Users, Admins, and Permissions
Free, Starter, and Standard plans are built around a single user per account. Once you move to Pro, you unlock multi-user management: up to 10 administrators and 5 drivers per camera. Enterprise removes these caps entirely, offering unlimited admins and drivers. Each admin can also be assigned different permission levels, so you can control exactly who sees and manages what.
Live Event Upload
When a BlackVue dash cam detects an event, like hard braking, an impact, or a manually triggered alert, a lower-resolution clip (under 8MB) automatically uploads to the cloud in real time. This means that even if the camera is damaged or loses power, you likely still have a record of what happened, accessible through the FLEETA app or website.

Remote Live View & Remote Video Playback
Remote Live View lets you stream front, rear, or interior camera feeds from anywhere, available on every plan with different monthly allowances: 30 minutes (Free), 60 minutes (Starter), and unlimited from Standard upward. It uses roughly 1 Mbps, or about 450MB per hour of streaming.
Remote Video Playback works differently. It’s about pulling already-recorded footage off the camera’s microSD card remotely. Free accounts get 30 playbacks per month, Starter gets 100, and Standard and above get unlimited access.
Cloud Storage
Storage is allocated per camera: 5GB on Free and Starter, 10GB on Standard, 25GB on Pro, and 50GB on Enterprise. This cloud storage exists alongside your local microSD recordings, primarily as a safeguard for critical footage and to support Live Event Upload.
Features Available on Every Plan
A few core features come standard regardless of which plan you choose:

Fleet Management Features
While labeled as “fleet” features, several of these are genuinely useful for individual users too, particularly geofencing and email notifications.
Driving Reports surface idling time, speeding, and reckless driving events. If your camera has DMS (Driver Monitoring System), it adds drowsiness and inattention detection to the mix.
GPS Tracking (trip history, not live tracking) starts on the Standard plan with 30 days of history, extends to 90 days on Pro, and reaches 120 days on Enterprise.
Video on Map pins any Live Event Upload clips directly onto the route history, so you can click a point on the map and instantly watch what happened there instead of digging through separate video lists.
Voice Call lets you talk to drivers hands-free through the app or Web Viewer.
Pro & Enterprise Exclusive Features
Multi Live View: Pro unlocks viewing up to 4 camera feeds simultaneously in the Web Viewer. Enterprise expands this dramatically to a 64-channel live matrix, with dual monitor support so you can keep the map on one screen and your camera grid on the other. This pairs with a Real-Time Event Log that flags incidents (like an impact) directly on the live grid as they happen.
Bulk Camera Updates let you push firmware updates or setting changes (like daylight saving time adjustments) to your entire fleet at once, no need to physically connect to each camera.
Vehicle Profile & Tagging lets you attach details like VIN, license plate, make, year, or custom tags to each dash cam for easier fleet organization.
Email Notifications mirror your push alerts (impacts, geofence crossings, disconnections) via email so your whole team stays informed.
Geofencing lets you draw virtual boundaries on the map, around a job site, city limits, or restricted zone, and get instant alerts when vehicles enter or exit. You can apply this per-camera, so you’re only notified about the vehicles that matter.
What Makes Enterprise Different: AI Reports
Beyond the 64-channel matrix and real-time event log, Enterprise’s standout feature is AI Reports. Instead of manually reviewing footage across a large fleet, you can chat with an AI copilot, similar to interacting with ChatGPT or Gemini, and ask it to analyze your fleet’s GPS and G-sensor data.
You can use preset prompts or ask your own questions, like identifying your five drivers with the most reckless driving incidents last month, or pinpointing where hard braking events cluster geographically. These are insights that would be nearly impossible to extract manually, but the AI surfaces them in seconds.
