The BlackVue user (who prefers to stay anonymous), was waiting for the traffic to clear at the local car park. The driver in the Ford behind was on the phone and did not realize the car in front stopped and collided with it. Although there was no serious damage to either of the vehicles, the bike rack installed on the BlackVue user’s car was left unable to tilt anymore, rendering it unusable. The insurance company agreed to make a claim with the other party and cover the cost of the repair.
