The BlackVue ELITE 8, ELITE 9 and ELITE 10 models received firmware updates on December 26.
These update focus on Cloud and GPS connectivity.

What’s New:
- Improved Cloud connection stability for certain carriers.
- Fixed potential GPS reception instability when using accessories.
Important:
※ Compatible software versions:
BlackVue App: Android v4.17 / iOS v4.13 and up.
BlackVue Viewer: Video playback and microSD card formatting (Please use the App to configure settings).
FLEETA App: Android v1.17 / iOS v1.14 and up.
FLEETA Web Viewer
Make sure to use the latest versions of the BlackVue Viewer and App for full compatibility when installing a new firmware version.
How to upgrade:
With the BlackVue App, you can easily update the firmware from the Camera menu. Tap the three-dot icon “…” next to your camera’s name, then tap on “Remote firmware update”.
For a manual installation, go to the DOWNLOADS page to access the latest firmware and installation instructions.
