On October 12, 2026, PITTASOFT CO., LTD., the company behind both BlackVue and FLEETA, received ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification.
For local fleets that rely on FLEETA for cloud video telematics, this means the information security management system behind our software has been independently audited against an internationally recognized standard.
The Scope of Our Certification
Certificate No. KQA-IS26075 was issued by Korea Quality Assurance (KQA) following an initial certification audit held September 14 to 16, 2026.
The certified scope covers the design, development, maintenance and supply of BlackVue and FLEETA software. Full certification details are available on our Compliance page, where you can also view the official ISO/IEC 27001 certificate.
What This Means for Your Fleet
Fleets trust a video telematics provider with sensitive operational data: live GPS tracking, Live Event Upload footage from on-road incidents and, on ENTERPRISE, live video from up to 64 vehicles through the 64-Channel Live Matrix. The certification does not apply to that data itself. It confirms that the management system we use to design, develop, maintain and supply the software that handles it meets ISO/IEC 27001:2022:
- Certified information security management: our Information Security Management System (ISMS) is certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022 by KQA.
- A three-year certification term: the certificate is valid from October 12, 2026, to October 11, 2029.
- Annual surveillance audits: to keep the certification, our ISMS will be audited again around September 2027 and September 2028.
- Ongoing improvement: under the certification agreement, we maintain and continue to improve the certified management system throughout the validity period.
One Certified Process, Whichever Camera You Use
Because the certified scope covers how we build and maintain our software, it applies whichever camera your fleet uses. Fleets running cloud-compatible BlackVue dash cams they already own and fleets using the exclusive FLEETA CAM lineup both run on software designed, developed, maintained and supplied under the same certified ISMS.
Commercial terms are unchanged. FLEETA software plans are month-to-month with no cancellation fees. FLEETA CAM bundles include a 1-year plan, which can be cancelled before renewal or switched to monthly after the first year.
