BlackVue App & Cloud Integration

The BlackVue App provides real-time insights into battery status. While charging, users can view charge percentage, charging voltage, and remaining time until full charge. When the vehicle is off, the app displays the remaining Parking Mode time based on power consumption.

For Cloud-connected BlackVue dash cams, users can receive low-power push notifications and check battery status remotely, ensuring full control and peace of mind.

How is the B-130A different from its predecessor, the B-130X?

On paper, the B-130A is identical to the B-130X in most aspects, including capacity and features. However, in actual use, the B-130A shows slightly improved total time (up to 55 minutes more running time) and lower charging and operating temperatures across the board (up to 7℃ cooler).
The main practical difference comes down to the connection between the battery and the dash cam. The B-130X included a female cigarette lighter power output for users who wanted to connect the cigarette lighter power cable that comes with their dash cam. It also included a 3-wire output (Ground, Accessory, Battery) black, red and yellow cable adapter meant to be connected manually to the dash cam’s hardwiring power cable.
Now, the B-130A includes a new cable that goes from the Ultra Battery’s output port all the way to the dash cam’s DC in (power) port. This means an easier installation as well as the advantage of triggering Parking Mode instantly when the vehicle’s ignition is switched off.
