Important Notes

Warranty Coverage
The warranty covers manufacturing defects. Malfunctions caused by wear and tear, improper use, excessive use, or physical damage are not covered and may incur service fees, even during the warranty period.
Proof of Purchase
A receipt or other valid proof of purchase is required to verify the product’s warranty period. Please retain your purchase documentation to ensure eligibility for warranty service. If proof of purchase is unavailable, we will check the serial number, and if the product is within 90 days of its production date, a warranty claim will still be accepted. For products outside this timeframe without proof of purchase, repair or replacement will be subject to fees.
Repair/Replacement
We perform check-ups and repairs based on the issue descriptions provided by customers. For items requiring hardware component replacement, the entire item will be replaced to ensure that any other components potentially contributing to the issue are also addressed. If a replacement for the same model is unavailable, a newer model may be provided as a replacement, depending on stock availability. In the case of product upgrades, rewiring your power cable may be necessary. The required cables for the rewiring process will be provided free of charge with your replacement item.
Pricing and Processing Time

The out-of-warranty repair or replacement fee ranges from USD 150 to USD 220, depending on the item and location. This fee includes the repair or replacement cost and two-way shipping but does not cover any taxes imposed by your home country’s customs. To receive an exact quote, you need to complete and submit the RMA form. Once you receive the quote, you can decide whether to proceed. Processing typically takes 1 to 3 business days from the time the faulty item is received.

Returning Faulty Items
If the faulty item is a camera or battery, please do not send accessories such as cables, mounts, SD cards, or SIM cards unless specifically requested.
Camera Reset and SD Card Backup
Your device will be reset as part of the inspection or repair process. This reset involves removing Wi-Fi and Cloud registrations and restoring all settings to their default state. To avoid data loss, it is strongly recommended to back up the contents of your SD card before sending your device and SD card for service.
Firmware Update
To address potential issues caused by inconsistent firmware versions and to ensure optimal product performance and safety, we will update your device’s firmware to the latest version at no additional cost.
Refund Restriction Policy
Refunds are strictly processed only before the replacement shipment is sent.
  • No refunds will be issued once the replacement has been received. Only subsequent RMA exchanges will be offered under warranty.

  • Once the replacement is shipped, the original faulty item will not be returned to the customer.

For customers returning a faulty item and wishing to cancel the RMA:

  • Warranty-in Claims: The customer must cover the round-trip shipping fee for returning the faulty unit.

  • Warranty-out Claims: A partial refund will be issued, and the customer will be responsible for all round-trip shipping fees.

RMA Shipping Address Policy
  • Primary Shipping Address: All replacement products are shipped exclusively to the address provided on the RMA request form. We do not use addresses registered with third-party payment services (e.g., PayPal, Amazon) for shipment.
  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are solely responsible for ensuring the shipping address is accurate, complete (including Suite, Apartment, or Space numbers), and up to date.
  • Address Changes: Any requests for address changes must be submitted via email and confirmed by our team before the shipment is processed.
  • Delivery Failures: Shipments delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer are not eligible for free replacement or refund.
  • Reshipment Fee: If a package is returned or lost due to an incorrect address, reshipment may be offered at the customer’s expense (Standard fee: USD $140 for US / USD $160 for Canada).
